Kindly do needful to reward through Tax benefits those corporates who keeps their employees as their family and allow them to work peacefully and with full dedication to their Job. It will increase the longevity of many Indians who at present are dying early due to pressures related to work. You should conduct a study on corporates and how many are thrown out of their job by each one of them and for what reason. If the employer is frequently throwing out his employee for non-performance, you should ensure that the employers are properly trained to chose what sort of employees actually they require and acquire them rather than chose wrong employees and throw them off frequently. I think it is important to find how many are losing jobs especially at important ages of life when they are having a family to cater rather than having details regarding how many are newly employed by different companies/employers.

We have entered a new era with all indian thoughts. Indian culture is reflected in all our doings. Now, official addressing 'Sir/Madam' may be replaced & made compulsory with indian origin words like 'Mahoday/Mahashay/Srimaan' etc. This 'Sir/Madam' addressing seems to be in colonial era & most of all, it doesn't reflect indian culture at all. Other wise our coming generation have to search google for the meaning of these words. It's a humble request to PM mahoday.

Dear Prime Minister, I am Company secretaryCS Rashmi Mitkary. The government is trying to get things streamlined in all possible ways which is good initiative and facing many challenges also. But my request is regarding Ministry of Corporate affairs and Finance. As you know, we work on due dates basis...holding annual general meeting then doing compliances pre and post AGM and other event-based filling...All due dates start from 31st March...and till July no one bother to initiate action for the compliance of the same. Everyone waits for last date. Now my problem starts from this point...All festivals are in September and October, we always find ourselves busy in those days due to the completion of compliance work...and it affects all home environment...I stay in a joint family...sometimes they understand but mostly.....So I would not ask for extension of filling or so but I wish we can convert our fin year from January to December. So that we will be free till June or July.
